250 diplomands and trainees at DICE
|

 DICE
has always shown great interest on diplomands and trainees. Since 2000
the company DICE has been able to welcome 250 trainees und diplomands.
The 250th trainee is Tanja Leitner, who is working six weeks of her
holidays in order to use and enlarge her knowledge in the field of
microelectronics. Ms. Leitner´s home is near the company, however,
some trainees are also from far away as for example from Macedonia,
India and Pakistan. DICE is employing diplomands and trainees in all
divisions. By the way, Tanja Leitner is working in the division
wireless solutions.
Ms. Leitner is studying at the FH for medical technology in Linz and
has finished her 2nd term. The tasks at DICE primarily cover the
preparation of measuring data in Matlab. It is usual that diplomands
and trainees at DICE take over their own tasks and/or small projects,
where they have to work as a team. The fields of action are always in
context to running projects, therefore employees at DICE can use the
results.
„After my first two terms at the university I can gain here within DICE
first practical experiences and a first view in a large enterprise.
Particularly I estimate the good working climate and the helpful
colleagues, which are all very helpful in giving advices. Additionally
they impart me a sophisticated knowledge “, so Tanja Leitner.
