The shares of Danube Integrated Circuit Engineering GmbH & Co. KG (DICE) are held by
Infineon Technologies AG represented by Klaus Hallbauer and general manager Prof. Dr. Hagelauer.
Richard Hagelauer co-founded DICE in August 1999.
Richard Hagelauer received his ING. (graduate) degree in electrical
engineering from the Fachhochschule Nuremberg, Germany, in 1977, and
his Dipl. -Ing. degree in 1981 from the University of Erlangen-
Nuremberg, Germany. From 1981 to 1984, he was member of the scientific
staff of the Institute of Electronics at the University of
Erlangen-Nuremberg. From 1984 to 1993, he was head of the
Application-Specific IC Department at Fraunhofer- Gesellschaft,
Institute of Integrated Circuits in Erlangen. From 1989 to 1993, he was
the project leader of FhG- IIS in the national research project called
"Circuit design of key components for ADCs based on Hetero-FET and
MESFET". Since 1993, he has been Full Professor for Complex Digital
Systems at the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) of Linz, Austria. Since
October 1997, he has been head of the Research Institute for Integrated
Circuits (www.riic.at), and since October 2000 he has been Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering at the JKU.
Klaus Hallbauer is General Manager of DICE since December 2006.
Klaus Hallbauer had his professional training as a bank employee, and
received his degree in business administration in 1979. In April 1979,
he joined Siemens Semiconductor Munich as a financial planner &
controller. After several years of field work in different Business
Units as head of Business Administration and also experience in a fab
location in Austria, he was offered the position of Head of Financial
Control of Corporate Development in 1999. Today he is a Senior Director
responsible for Financial Control for COM PS & COM BTS. |
