Richard Hagelauer co-founded DICE in August 1999.
Richard
Hagelauer received his ING. (graduate) degree in electrical engineering from
the Fachhochschule Nuremberg, Germany, in 1977, and his Dipl. -Ing. degree in
1981 from the University of Erlangen- Nuremberg, Germany. From 1981 to 1984, he
was member of the scientific staff of the Institute of Electronics at the
University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. From 1984 to 1993, he was head of the
Application-Specific IC Department at Fraunhofer- Gesellschaft, Institute of
Integrated Circuits in Erlangen. From 1989 to 1993, he was the project leader
of FhG- IIS in the national research project called "Circuit design of key
components for ADCs based on Hetero-FET and MESFET". Since 1993, he has
been Full Professor for Complex Digital Systems at the Johannes Kepler
University (JKU) of Linz, Austria. Since October 1997, he has been head of the
Research Institute for Integrated Circuits (www.riic.at). Between October 2000 and September 2007 he
has been Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering at the JKU. In
2007 he was elected President of the Johannes Kepler University of Linz. curriculum vitae
 Ralf Bornefeld
Ralf Bornefeld received his Master in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Dortmund in 1992. In 2008 Ralf
finished successfully the General Management Program at Harvard Business
School. From 1992 to 2004 he was with ELMOS Semiconductor AG, Dortmund, where
he held various leading positions. 1997 he was appointed Vice President of
R&D and from 2003 onwards he headed the business unit
„Mechatronics/Sensors“. In January 2005 Ralf Bornefeld joined Infineon Technologies
AG Senior Director Technology and later as Senior Director R&D for the
sensor business. Since June 2011 he is heading Infineon’s Business Line
Sense&Control as Vice President & General Manager. In February 2011 he
joined DICE as Managing Director. curriculum vitae
Edwin Moser
Edwin Moser
holds an Ing. Degree (Secondary College for Engineering) and a Master of
Business Management from the University of Klagenfurt. He started his
professional career in 1988 at Philips Industrie GmbH, Althofen/Austria as
Electrical Engineer at the Product Engineering Department. In 1997 he joined
Siemens Semiconductor. He was with the DICE as Head of Finance from 1999 to
2000. From 2000 onwards he held various leading positions in the Finance and
Controlling Sector of Infineon Technologies AG Munich and Singapore. He is
currently Senior Director Finance, Automotive Division, Business Lines Body-
and Standard Power, Munich and a Managing Director of the DICE GmbH. curriculum vitae
