Job Description: We develop high-frequency integrated switching circuits for automotive applications using state-of-the-art Bipolar/BiCMOS/RF-CMOS semiconductor technologies. Complex analog/mixed signal ICs that are used in high-frequency radar applications (24 and 77 GHz) are developed with modern design tools and methods (Cadence, ADS, Matlab, Verilog, mentor AMS). We are looking for an RF analog/mixed-signal IC designer who will be responsible for the design of circuit blocks/subsystems (e.g. LNA, mixer, VGA, driver, VCO, PLL) as well as for simulation and verification. Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, systematic work habits, analytical approach, great willingness to learn and communicative competence are important qualities for the successful completion of the project. You will need to speak and write technical English, and be willing to travel occasionally. We offer an activity-related salary, a modern workplace, flexible work time, and a congenial working atmosphere.
Education: Technical study, e.g.TU/University of Applied Sciences electrotechnology/telematics/mechatronics with focus on microelectronics/telecommunications. Several years work experience in RF IC design are desired.
