Senior RFIC Analog Design Engineer
|
|
Job Description:
We develop high-frequency
integrated RF antenna switch modules and integrated antenna tuner
devices for the mobile phone industry using state-of-the-art RF-CMOS
semiconductor technologies. Complex analog ICs used in second- and
third-generation mobile phones are developed with modern design tools
and methodics (Cadence, ADS, Sonnet, Matlab). We are looking an RF
analog IC designer who will be responsible for the design and
simulation of circuit blocks as well as for verification and
interfacing with our technology development department. Interpersonal
skills, ability to work in a team, systematic work habits, analytical
approach, great willingness to learn and communicative competence are
important qualities for the successful completion of the project. You
will need to speak and write technical English, and be willing to
travel occasionally. We offer an activity-related salary, a modern

Education:
Technical study, e.g. TU/University of Applied Sciences
electrotechnology/telematics/mechatronics with focus on
microelectronics/telecommunications. Several years' work experience in
RF analog design are required. |
