The TVEncoder core generates a PAL/NTSC video stream from a RGB (or
YCbCr) framebuffer or data stream. An DA converter is needed in
addition to this digital IP core for an analogous output.
The video stream is in composite format which is supported by
Television sets, video recorders, DVD recorders, TFT monitors ore
Beamers (yellow cinch). S-video is available on demand.
